Traffik's anti static system ensures that static electricity is easily dispersed. The system is ideal for sensitive electronics environment like electro manufacturing and processing factories, operating theatres in hospitals and data storage centres. We and our associates have worked with a number the leading data and electronics companies with great success.

Standard acrylic sealers can wear off very easily through foot traffic, caster movement, impact damage etc and their anti static properties are lost even within one day, which may cause potential loss of data or damage through static electricity.

Traffik Anti Static Solution consists of  the ESD Long life PU Sealer in  matt / satin / gloss finishes and a special Conduct Plus Additive plus cross linker. With this mixture, for the first time a transparent lacquer can be applied to conductive floors without any problems, thereby giving them optimal protection and long-term care (tested according to German standard DIN IEC 61340-4-1).

With application by a Traffik ‘Centre of Excellence’ accredited installer and subsequent maintenance cleaning with our PU Cleaner, the conductive properties of the floor covering remain long-lasting.

• hygienic surface as it is hermetically sealed – no welds or joins.
• can be used on all conductive floor coverings, fulfils the requirements of German standard DIN IEC 61340-5-1 for conductive floors in ESD areas (measured according to DIN IEC 61340-4-1) as well as the requirements of TRBS 2153 for areas at risk of explosions.
